Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Boyesen’s facility located in Lenhartsville, Pennsylvania 19534.
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout for all ecommerce purchases. Customers placing orders by phone will receive shipping options and estimated delivery times from a Boyesen Product Sales or Technical Support representative.
Please note that delivery estimates begin once the package has been picked up by the carrier and do not include the order processing time or the day the shipment leaves our facility.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders received after the following cut-off times will ship the next business day:
- UPS Orders: Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST
- USPS Orders: Monday–Friday before 11:00 AM EST
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Transit times begin once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier.

While Boyesen strives to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability is not guaranteed. Certain items may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable at the time an order is placed.
Boyesen reserves the right to delay, backorder, or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, production schedules, or unforeseen supply chain conditions.
If an order is affected, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
